Briana M. Granieri

Briana Granieri is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law with honors. She received her B.A. from Richard Stockton University, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, she provided pro bono representation to low income veterans at the Veterans Law Clinic. As a first year law student, Ms. Granieri won the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society's negotiation competition and went on to serve as the ADR competition co-chair. Ms. Granieri also served on the executive board of the Military Law Society.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Granieri completed a judicial internship with The Honorable James P. Bradley of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, focusing on an appeal of a death penalty case. She also has experience practicing in Workers Compensation defense in Pennsylvania. As an associate, Ms. Granieri joined a plaintiff's firm where she assisted in the representation of a global telecommunications company's tort claims.

Ms. Granieri is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the State of Delaware. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. Granieri enjoys leveraging her broad professional experience to obtain outstanding results for her clients.
